How many questions are in the Daily Challenge?
Ten each local calendar day. Everyone who shares your language sees the same set. How the Daily is built.
Do answers include explanations?
Yes on most questions, and on all medium and hard items. Easy questions may skip the extra line.
Do I need an account?
No for solo or Daily. Friend rooms use a nickname for that room only — not a saved profile.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No. Free to play, no ads, nothing extra to buy in the app.
How do friend rooms work?
Host picks categories and shares a 4-character code or a link like jointrivia.app/AB23. Score blends correctness and speed. Paste the code in Compete → Join if the link does not open the app.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi, and Spanish for the UI and question catalogs.
Where is my progress saved?
On this device: seen questions, streaks, XP, and badges. There is no cloud backup for solo play.
Can I play in the browser?
This site is the landing and invite host. Play Daily and categories in the iOS or Android app.
